10/29/07 - AFTRA (the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) will take a consensus vote at it's local chapter semi-annual meeting on whether to endorse HRes 333 to impeach Dick Cheney. Non union peace activists are encouraged to stand vigil and lend moral support to this break through initiative of the broadcasters union - that is usually quite silent on anything "political". It seems that enough is enough and the wheels of democracy (vs. dictatorship) are turning and perhaps other unions and guilds will wake up to their collective power and oust the terrorists from the White House before they start World War III on Iran. Crowne Plaza Hotel at 49th and Broadway, NYC, 5:30 to 6:30 PM on 10/29.

According to Bob Aubin's blog, "One of those present to speak in favor of the resolution was future Congressman Dr. Bob Johnson. Bob explained that the City council was most certainly the best venue for bringing up the issue, since George Bush's actions have put a heavy burden on our local area by taking away funds that would otherwise belong to the City."
