Judiciary Committee Holds Hearing on Impeachment
The Judiciary Committee held a five hour hearing Friday in response to Congressman Kucinich's recent impeachment resolutions. Conyers pointed out that this was not an official impeachment proceeding but impeachment was certainly the main topic. Kucinich, Mayor Rocky Anderson, Elizabeth Holtzman, Bruce Fein and others laid out a strong case for impeachment. The mainstream media did not treat the hearing very seriously but it was truly a significant event.
